Hosting a Meeting

Before hosting your first meeting, you will need to have a WebEx account.

  1. Go to
  2. Click the My WebEx tab.
  3. Log in with your NetID and NetID password and enter your credentials for Multi-factor Authentication when prompted. About Multi-factor Authentication.

Note: WebEx accounts that have been inactive for a period of three (3) months will be temporarily deactivated. Account holders may reactivate their WebEx account by contacting the IT Support Center.  

Joining a Meeting

Joining a meeting is easy. Simply click on the link provided in the meeting invitation email or calendar invitation.
