Connecting to NU WiFi on Android

How to Connect to NU Wi-Fi on Android

You should be able to connect automatically to the Northwestern Wireless network with your
NetID and NetID password through your Network Preferences. If you were not prompted to
connect, you can manually configure your connection:

1. Select Settings.
2. Select Wireless networks.
3. Select Wifi Settings.
4. Select Northwestern.
5. You may be prompted for a "credential storage" password. This is NOT the NetID
password, it is an Android password. If you haven't set it up already, you may need to
do so at this point.
6. Select EAP type: PEAP
7. Select Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPv2
8. Leave the CA Certificate and Client certificate fields blank.
9. For Identity, enter your NetID, and Anonymous Identity should be left blank.
10. For the Wireless Password enter your NetID password.
